Norn Yaowarat Hotel - Bangkok

The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy, from the rooms to the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for exploring the area. We had a peaceful night's sleep with no disturbances, and the location was convenient for our adventures in Yaowarat.

As a group of friends, we loved the helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the awesome location in Chinatown. the breakfast bar had a good selection and the hostel provided free baggage storage and security key cards. Indoor shoes and privacy curtains were a nice touch, and the hostel was so quiet.

We were able to easily explore the vibrant streets of Chinatown and enjoy the delicious street food offerings nearby. The hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around the city easy. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bunk beds ensured a pleasant stay. The friendly and accommodating staff provided us with maps and even helped us arrange transportation to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Bangkok.

The hotel served complementary breakfast and refreshments which were satisfying. the hotel is situated in a neighborhood with a lot of activities and has easy access to transportation. The room was well-ventilated which was a plus for me.

Our experience was not great. During the Christmas holiday, the hotel was overcrowded which made the hotel's customer service terrible.

the best aspects were the cleanliness of the lodging and the friendly service of the staff. the location was perfect for us as it allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture, with vibrant night markets and an active nightlife scene. We also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi signal that allowed us to stay connected with our loved ones back home.

Friendly staff, clean room, helpful with luggage, great location near Chinatown and street food stalls. Nice bed, storage space for bags, individual bed lamps and curtains for privacy. Plenty of shower rooms with toiletries and hair dryer. a pleasant stay.

It was right in the middle of Chinatown and only a short walk to the train and future MRT stations. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a common room where I could hang out with other travelers and a coffee shop downstairs. The staff was also helpful, especially Yin Yin at the front desk. I appreciated how clean everything was, including the washer and dryer , made it easy to do laundry.

The staff on the 4th floor are friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to carrying luggage up the stairs. They go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are everything you need for a pleasant stay. They have thought of all the little details to make the experience enjoyable, such as providing fresh fruit for breakfast.
